'The Cremation Of Sam Mcgee' is a dark musical adaptation of the poem written by Robert W Service in 1907 and tells the macabre tale of the cremation of a gold prospector who freezes to death near Lake Laberge, Yukon, Canada.

Its told by his friend who swears a promise to Sam when he is sick and dying that when he passes on he will cremate rather than bury him as Sam is more afeared of the cold than the Grim Reaper himself so would rather be cremated than lie in an icy grave.
However his friend gets more than he bargained for when taking on this oath as the listener discovers as the song goes on.

'The Cremation Of Sam Mcgee' is from the forthcoming Dark Sinfonia mini album 'Dark Canyon' which will be released later in 2020 on Sacred Realm Records.
